STRUCTURE

Made of varnished steel tube with epoxy coating finishing which grants high resistance to the structure against chemical agents.

Rounded corners complete of safety hinges with nylon pin and removable grids made of electro-welded and galvanized steel for a longer life term. The upper part of the frame is reentrant and supports the mechanism for bed adjustment, the hooks for head/foot panels and the basement.

MOVEMENTS

Two electric actuators 24V Linak connected to a hand control unit control backrest and femoral section. The footrest is adjusted through an automatic crank with six levels of height. Basin section is fixed to avoid the crushing of the diaphragm The bed height is adjusted through an electric actuator 24V Linak with low power hand control unit.

The head/foot panels are printed through the rotational system with powder of polyethylene of medium density giving as result high mechanical qualities and easy to produce. The material don't change even if subordinate to UV rays, it's colour is grey as the basement of the bed.

The printing process is ended with another foam polyethylene cycle to fit the product and increasing the endurance to impacts. Easily extractable.

The joints as supports are made of aluminium with clutch (4 sides) for IV stand (adjustable) or for supporting the monitor, or for lift pole, they are also equipped with bumpers.

The planes are made entirely of ABS thermoformed.

The self-supporting structure is shaped with ribs, with no less reinforcement, to ensure maximum radiotransparency and maximum accessibility for cleanliness operations.

The planes are full of holes sloped for drainage of liquids and grooves for a continuous aeration. The planes also come with side and head mattress stoppers.

BASEMENT
